microsoft error

advice please 3 times today while i was logged into gc a box came up saying microsoft error sorry will have to close, then i was logged off gc and tiscali then each time i had to log back in, why is this happening. :confused:

 

Gremlins ! They come free with all Microsoft Applications. In my experience they are usually running memory errors. I get various errors come up now and again then they go away as mysteriously as they came.

Do a spyware/adware scan, that might be the problem (then again, it might not!!)

 

I thought, i would have had all that with norton security, that i have installed.

 

Much the same prob with aol,it's my son's pc he is a whiz with these things,me! they drive me potty.

 

I just hate having problems with these computers they drive me potty also gogs. I got rid of an old computer decided to buy a brand new one and still get problems, Dont know how i have stopped myself from throwing this out of the window at times.

 

if you are getting a message whilst on the interent and it shuts it down then the problem may be the internet connection or internet explorer crashing........

i will get an error report from you later and this may help us to find the problem.

Thanks John, looks like gogs has the same problem, this has happened before but a while ago when i was with bt, it is the first time it has happened since i have been with tiscali.
