Not sure the programme - but all that error message means is that one of your programmes that starts up, on computer start up is glitching.

If you can find the programme - which should show on your start up list, then uninstall it and reinstall it and that should clear the problem.

Occassionally my Norton protections prevents one of my start up programmes from running, but if I need it, I just run it after the computer has booted up.

its more than likely a program that you have uninstalled recently or a spyware program that has now been unable to access the internet and is trying to get out on the startup proceedure.

go to start......run........then type in msconfig....then hit enter key or click OK.

here you can allow programs access at startup or not..........go to startup TAB at top of the dialog box......here you will see a list of programs that startup when you switch your computer on..........also this is where a lot of physical memory and resources are chewed up on the computer.......LOOK for the program that has the end extension "b08.exe".....then untick the box and click OK..........all done. also it will ask you to reboot your computer, please do so. then it should disapear when it reboots.

Rosa, if you type the name of the program into Google, it will sometimes tell you what the program is and what it does. ie it might tell you if the program is a friend or a foe.
