    Fab pics again rosa - and you got so close too. Weren't you afraid that they might go for you, I would have been. I loved the ones of the swans, the silvery water and the trees behind.

    One of them got a little close snapped think it was after my camera as i had the zoom out on the fuji, The water was very choppy there and a little cold but i enjoyed myself clicking away.

    Thanks for the comments. It was in winter on a canal! The male was obviously trying to impress his mate.
    Looks like we another gardener from Shropshire.

    Hi all [​IMG] Mrs Pip and I took advantage of the glorious weather yesterday and we went for a stroll round our local country park. Here are some of the swans and their young.


    This is the lodge that they are on at the moment,home to allsorts of birds and it was nice to see a pair of great crested grebes as well as a pair of tufted ducks.
