Singer Lily Allen has Dog Stolen....

Singer Lily Allen has had her English Bull Terrier Maggie May stolen...please pass this around...thanks.
She says.....
My dog who i love very very much was stolen on 28/12/06 from Capel Road, Forest Gate. London E7. My friend has been looking after her while I have been on holiday and she was taken from his van, parked outside his house.
Please if everybody could pass this message on for me there may be a chance that I can see her again.
Not only am i devastated that my dog has been taken away, but i am also concerned for her wellbeing. She needs an operation on her stomach and is having medical treatment.
please anyone help.
no one will be angry - me and my family just want Maggie home.

Maggie May is not Microchipped or Tagged....she is completely white apart from a black spot on her nose which you can see in the photo,
she is 8 months of age and she had on a pink collar with a blue lead.

you must be so upset to put it mildly,its a white bullterrier which my father use to breed,i am so sorry i do hope you find her they are a most friendly of dogs nothing more i can add words are really empty at a time like this,but i do feel for you

 

So sorry lisa0307 , have you thought about handing out leaflets and putting up posters in local shops/lamposts, do you have a local radio station/local paper where you could advertise the reward, how about contacting vets in the area in case whoever took her realises she's not well and takes her there. Thinking of you, please let us know how you get on

Just heard on the radio that this dog belongs to Lilly Allen the singer....hope she's found safe and sound very soon.

Maggie May was sold for �£200 to a young lad on the day she was stolen. He saw posters and made contact late last night arranging to hand her back. Maggie May is now safe at home with Lily. Emily thanks everyone for the effort put in and said it restored her faith in human nature. I don't know if money had to exchange hands.
