acrobat reader won't install

Morning everyone

A couple of questions i hope you can help me with.

I downloaded acrobat reader 9.3 but it wouldn't install. It said i didn't have sufficient priviledges to complete the installation, log on as an administrator and retry, which i did, but it still gave me the same message. any ideas what i should try next?

i then had the message "your system is low on virtual memory. windows is increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file". Iv'e had this message quite a few times lately. Does it mean iv'e got a problem and should i be doing something about it?

Yes, i do have an older version, acrobat 5, i'll uninstall it and try again.
