    Hi all

I'm new, both to this forum, and relatively new to gardening in general.

I've just taken over a fairly large plot, which I intend to gradually convert to a wildflower, and thus wildlife habitat. However as my username suggests, I am pretty clueless when it comes to all things green so look forward to the steep learning curve, and hopefully tons of advice, and opinions, from you all.

Hi Clueless welcome to the forum and also as Terrier says to the wonderful world of gardening.

There will be plenty of help and advice from knowledgeable people on here I'm just sorry I'm not one of them! But in next to no time you will go from 'Clueless' to Guru. :D

I do hope to hear about all your 'wild' gardening adventures and I wish you well in your quest.
    Helen.xxx.

Thanks for the warm welcome everybody. I'm sure I'll be posting all sorts of questions on here over the next few months (and beyond).

As a number of folks, both on here and elsewhere, have expressed an interest in my forthcoming project, I've decided to build a basic website to record my progress. When I've done that I'll be sure to let you all know the URL.
