Hi Shrek, and welcome. I hope your manners are better than the original Shrek? You are welcome to ask any question you like, and, usually, we will answer it sensibly.

Hi Shrek bet it's hard being green and having those funny ears.... only joking. :D

David what's wrong with belching and f*rting I thought all men it that?

Shrek don't believe a word Daitheplant (David) says we rarely give a senseable answer on here...as you can see we do like a little joke and I wouldn't have it any other way, so I hope you're game for a laugh?

Welcome Shrek and enjoy your gardening adventures I'm sure you'll be amazed what you can do but remember once you get started there's no going back! [IMG]

Hi Alasdair and welcome to GC. I've already 'spoken' to you about your g.house but thought I would say hello in the proper place. By the way Shrek's manners are superb, compared to my youngest grandson's.

    Hi Helen,

takes a lot to offend me.
Call me whatever, been called worse.

As a Scot I am one of a dying breed, I don't drink and i hated whisky when i did, a few diet irn bru's will have to suffice or a nice cup of tea.

    Sad really!

You are indeed a dying breed Alasdair all Bob's (my hubbie) Scottish cousins just love a drink or two or three but maybe that's because they have to be drunk to get them in the same room all together! [IMG]

But I have to agree with you nothing beats a good old cuppa..in fact I'm just enjoying one now! :D
