    Hello folks....i`m new here,so please be gentle with me.I`m just about to take up veg growing again after a long break.I thought i`d look at some seeds etc..I remember years ago getting and growing some seed from Van Hague.....namely carrots (Giant Flak).These seem no longer to be available.Does anyone know if these have been replaced ? Thanking you in anticipation....freddy

    Well.....it seems i dropped a clanger when searching for Van Hague.....it is in fact Van Hage! and...they still stock the Giant Flak.Just to let you know,i always found these carrots to be reliable even during dry summers and in not very good soil.BTW,thanks for the welcome.

    hope you GC freddy
    cant help much with veg, can only say i this year have put my carrot seeds in a very large tub
    to stop carrot fly and it really has worked,something to do with height.also put salad greens in hanging basket ,lettuce,spring onions chives,and tommy tumbler toms,all doing good.
