Hi! My name is Karen and I am 37 years old. I live in Birmingham with my husband and 3 children. I have been an avid gardener for several years now and spend every spare minute planting, weeding and enjoying my garden. My garden has a 'cottage garden' theme, lots of perennials. I like to encourage wildlife into the garden. Nothing better than sitting in my garden watching the busy bees and butterflies. I look forward to getting to know you all and hearing your garden stories and experiences.

Good morning Kazzzmazzz and welcome to GC.

There's certainly a lot to keep your interest going here. I started butterfly spotting last Autumn and am now iterested in wildflowers. As my garden now bascially maintains itself, some new interests were in order! [IMG]

    Enjoy!

Hi Kazzmazz, welcome, I too am a new member, I must say I like what I see, and trust you will feel the same.

I can double your age, and have always been a gardener, only amateur.

Today I'm excited because my Apricot Begonia plug plants have arrived (pots and baskets they are for) I've already potted them on into 3 1/2 pots and put into my walk in plastic greenhouse, now I watch them grow and wait for the end of May when I will put them where they will spend the summer months. They are the huge ones and only need 3 to fill a decent hanging basket or pot [IMG]
