    Evening all,
I have recently planted quite a few roses and the delicate sideshoots look a little worse for wear following the recent cold weather.

Any advice on what to do would be appreciated

    Thanks in advance,

One of those two lower inward growing shoots should be taken off anyway, as if both develop you'll end up with crossed and rubbing stems.
