My father died recently and I would like to plant a rose in my garden in his memory...Can anyone give me names of beautiful roses I may buy and where to get them from?
    Thanks

    Hi Julien

Very sorry for your loss. What a lovely way to remember your father.
There are hundreds of roses, and it may be possible to find one with your father's name. + Do you have any colour/fragrance/habit preferences?

Hi Bayleaf...Thankyou for your quick response...My Fathers name was/is Reginald...reg for short...He hated reggie.
I would love a white rose but any colour would be ok...also i would like it to be fragrant if possible...Do you know of any?
    Thanks

    Dear Julie,
sorry to hear of your sad loss. I think that there is unlikely to be a Rose with the name you mentioned, but hey! what do I know, some clever devil on here will prove me wrong!
Did your Dad have a favourite colour? what about along those lines, there are so many lovely Roses to choose from. My very favourite Rose , is Superstar, a lovely Orange red, I also really like Grandpa Dickson, which is yellow, but the list is endless.
If you do go with the colour, you will have oodles to choose from, so choose one with a sweet scent, disease resistant, as well, if at all possible. Good luck! Tina .
