This is easy to make and gets good reviews at our house, hope you like it too.

    Ingredients:
    - 3 large leeks, sliced
    - 700 gr. broccoli florets
    - 3 small potatoes, diced large (you can skip these if you like, just adjust water accordingly)
    - 1 (or as many as you like) garlic cloves
    - 3/4 of a liter of water
    - salt
Pressure cook for ten minutes and Buon Appetito!

Yum - more wine recipes please.
I have plum trees in my new garden, cooking apples and itlooks like there will be a glut of blackberries this year because of the hot weather. Any good recipes?
    Thank you, FPJ
