    ive just red today that ants wont go past a chalk line,anybody tried this? [​IMG]

    Yes I've heard that one, must admit to having tried it a few years back but can't remember if it was that succesfull [​IMG]

    I wouldn't count on it, Macleaf (if you're still around to read this, haven't seen you around much lately!) jusging by the vast quantities of ants there were around Ivinghoe Beacon one evening we went there - absolutely hoaching with them! We had to cover mouths and noses so we ddn't inhale them!

    (BTW, relevance is that it's pretty chalky there!)

    Sounds like a story from a Hammer horror film. Draw a pentacle in a magic circle with chalk to keep the nasties away [​IMG]
