whats this weed called

    Supposedly, freddy, but I don't believe it for a moment ... I am referring to weeds in particular. :rolleyes:

    Hopefully someone else will give you a technical answer ... mine is a tried and tested one, ie, they slink out from under boulders to find the light. :D

    Hi LoL, as I`ve been telling your sis, I`m hopefully moving soon and have a large gardening project to undertake. Mehinks I`ll be employing a LOT of black polythene sheeting. Catch you later...freddy.

    I don't think buttercup is a problem because in the garden where i grow my vegetables I have horsetail - lots and lots of it [​IMG]

    its called a cellandine very much like a buttercup
    relative easy to get rid of just pull them up

    cellandine weeds out and in any case is solow to the ground that is coverd by most perenials. I doubt it depleats the soil that mutch.
