Phase 1 Complete!!!!!

After getting back from holiday on Friday, decided to knock down the old wall only to find 2 more walls behind it. A brick wall, and then a stone wall behind that one!!!

Decided to knock the wall down as the forecast for Saturday was a bit bad, so couldn't finish off the top wall however the heavy rain that the BBC said we would have didn't turn up.

Yikes, Robert, it does seem like fund was had by all! Had a look through the Gallery as well to get things into perspective and all is coming along nicely!

Especially the children, they loved moving earth around, under strict supervision by a grown up child.

Its slowly coming together, but I still have a lot of hard work to do, about another 9 months depending on funds available.

Agree with WG lights on steps are an excellent idea.

It must be so hard to plan the whole project at once and get it right, we are still growing into our garden after 20 years!!!
