Hi Steve, well it has been a pleasure once again reading your updates each time you post them.I see you are like us and like a nice fire to keep the old bones warm.

I have really enjoyed following your gardening year and all the photo's and video clips that I like watching. As usual you have come up trumps with lots of nice healthy fruit, vegeatbles and flowers and I am sure I am right in saying you have been an insperation to all gardeners and allotmenteerers in your words and advice to us all young and old, new gardeners and those of us who have been doing it slightly longer.

I do hope that your gardening days go from strength to strength and I wish you a very sucessful 2008 for both you and your family [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

PS.Have you ever thought of doing a blog of your garden? Now that would really be helpful to all people starting afresh as well as all the help and advice memebers on here add as well...Good luck

Hi Kandyfloss, it's lovely to hear from you again. My garden at home takes second place to my allotments and whilst Daniel is still playing football in it with the resulting effects of broken plants, fence panels and a worn out lawn then I will refrain from including my home garden for a few more years yet, but when the times right I probably will, regards Steve.

Hi Steve,I have been reading your updates each time you have put them up but haven't always been able to sit for long enough at the computer to reply

Yes I forgot about Daniel wanting to use the garden as a football pitch but then that is all part of growing up.At least he has taken an interest in the allotment as well which is nice for him to learn where the fruit and vegetables come from apart from the supermarket :D ...Kandy

Yes Kandy it is nice that he knows where fruit and vegetables come from, the school children that visit my plots each year are always amazed that they don't come from tins and packets in supermarkets, regards Steve.
