Not had any for years, but used to grow loads of it, very dark green leaves when cooked as I remember. [IMG]

    Hello,
Ive grown purple sproting broc. for the first time last year and its just coming into flower.
Is this a `pick and come again` type of veg?
The flowers seem very tiny at the moment. Any advice would be appreciated

Very much pick and come again, though once you've taken the main central sprout off, the side ones are never quite as succulent or fulsome!

I just paid £1.99 for two portions of the stuff. My one dream is to have a garden stuffed full of those nice green plants. Ohhhh - YUM!

I must be doing something wrong as I've only just put in my seeds of broccoli and sprouts is it too late? [IMG]

No panic weekend gardener those sprouts that I dug up were sown on the 23rd March LAST YEAR! :D

I sowed this winter's sprouts on 4th and 8th of this month and haven't even bought my broccoli seeds yet.
