Hey, new gardener here

Hey,

I'm Gemma, and I'm a newbie gardener from Doncaster. Just moved into a place in January with my very first garden and I am in love with getting out there and growing things.
My garden is a shared garden, so everything I grow is bound to pots and a 5 shelf greenhouse, but everything is still growing great and I have a combination of vegetables and flowers. My peas are my greatest achievement so far.

I'm here for tips mostly, and also to meet people who share my enthusiasm in the garden. I think my hubby is getting bored with my attempts to get him to enjoy the garden and participate as much as I do, oh, and share my enthusiam when something actually grows!

Thankyou both for the warm welcomes. It looks like a really cheerful place here. Gardeners must be a cheerful bunch because of the amount of fresh air/sun they get?
This is why I started going a bit garden crazy when I moved in to my flat. Fresh air is good for the soul. As is watching things grow, and watching life in general.
