Summer but Chilli already

    Fuego is doing well with lots of chillis already but not ripe yet.They have grown quicker than I expected and so have the Asda peppers which also have setting fruit/veg :confused:

    And yes we do have chalky water for those lovely marks on the leaves :mad:

    strongylodon,not a dickie bird on mine yet.do you give yours anything specific?i have cayenne chili and another, ace f1?.i would say theyre maybe one and a half ft but not bushy. :rolleyes:

    They are just in plain peat compost with osmocote slow release fertiliser. The glasshouse was heated at night through march and april at around 11c(52f) which helps them get away quicker as there's less of a temperature fluctuation. Otherwise no special treatment. [​IMG]

    wow ...that plant is about 6 times bigger than mine !!! it looks great !!

    I must add that mine are grown in a large nursery glasshouse not a domestic one and are able to keep winter/spring temperatures (to produce large numbers of bedding plants) higher than most folk can so I do have an advantage. [​IMG]
