After an absence of three years, these have suddenly started growing in my garden again. The difference this time is that instead of being in one spot, there are individual little plants growing all over the place.

Anyone know of a good way of getting rid of them, because if I can't keep on top of them I am going to have a very overgrown and rather red garden?
