    Just a quick question really

When i take all my flowers out of their tubs I'll have LOADS of spare pots and nothing in the yard

what veg could I grow (plant seeds now) for the winter?

someone mentioned leek to me which is a great idea :D

any thing else? what about broccoli/cauliflower? carrots?

Aqua it may getting a bit late for seeding vegs..but you may still be able to get ready plants to grow on..from a Specialist veg Nursery.. bit if you have seeds, try a few and bring them on in little pots plug size to transplant complete. Good luck !

You could try cabbage, greens etc and even potatoes (I've just planted some which will be ready between October and Christmas)...The thing is to keep them covered with fleece to help protect them.
