    Hi,

I turfed my garden about 4 weeks ago and it is growing really well. The grass was about a foot high! I was advised to cut it but I think I may have cut it way too short. My garden is open and completely south facing so it gets sun all day.

I have continued to water 2x daily (am and pm). Is there anything I can do to ensure it doesnâ??t die?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I definitely canâ??t afford to re turf.....

Keep watering, but with this lovely weather I think all lawns are suffering. Nevermind, at least we can enjoy the sunshine. It will sort itself out in the Autumn nor with our normal climate, problably in July!

Don't scalp it, keep your lawnmower height on the highest setting and apply the 1/3 2/3rds rule is what I have been doing i.e. never cut more than a 1/3 off
