    Hi all,

I laid new lawn last July and it was lovely and green for months.

I started getting weeds come up so i bought some weed killer ( not sure of the name but it was in granuels and you have a spreader to spread them about ). Anyway i have a feeling i put far to much on and slowly my grass is dying.

Is there anything i can do before it gets to late?

    Thanks

Give it a good water to wash it though and cross your fingers it works.

Because it came with a spreader we can assume this stuff was for grass?

    Like Jimbo says....

I assume you have only recently treated your lawn with this weed killer? With all this lovely rain you may stand a chance but it can get into the plants system very quickly

Was it grass seed or turf?

need to keep posting on progress and see what we can all advise as you go

You can usually tell if the problem is through an applicatin that has been made of feed or killer, you will see the pattern in the lawn as say your arm swung as you applied.

Patterns can tell you alot about the cause of a problem.
