I have two climbing roses that have grown really well but really need more space and I'd like to reposition them. When is the best time to prune them back and move them?

Wait until they are dormant tweezers, then I would cut them back by a third, taking out any dead or straggly growth, and then move them to their new home taking as much of the root system with them. David.
