hi, my parsley is about to be covered in flowers... I've read it's biennial and I'm wondering if it will die after that or whether, if I cut the flowers off, it'll live a bit longer?

I think you could cut the flowers off, but you really need to sow some more seed.

You' get a bit more foliage if you cut the flowers off, but it'll still send up more flowers. You could plant some more seed in the meantime, you should have pickable parsley again in 4 to six weeks.

Hi Kathryn, and welcome to the forum.
Yes, parsley is a biennial. If its gone to flower it's done. Time to plant some new stuff.
