Ooh, it's all lovely and pink and lavender, Marge!

Love that pink pampas but I'm afraid I can't help as to when they bloom here. I thought about buying one the other week but decided the clumps get too big for my little space. How long have you had it? Maybe there were two separate roots in your pot, one pink, one white?

    Cheeky caterpillar! :D

Lovely Marge! And that's the sort of fuchsia I love most! Pity they look so dead for so long...

Thanks guys - Pampas was here when we moved in LofL so dont know how old it is. Its in the ground and hubby tried to get rid of it last year by cutting it down with the hedgetrimmer but didnt succeed (thank goodness)! When it flowered when wefirst moved in it was all white ;)

My pampas grasses are just breaking through now..i have a pink and a white one side by side ..but i planted them like that as they get big and spread and that means less weeding..
my husband cuts ours down every early march to about 2 foot high and he trys to pull the dead growth out..they are really sharp..my pink one has come through in the last wek but i am still waiting for the white ones..i also have a minature pampas that only grows to about 3 feet high dont ask me what its called as i throw labels away..that allways flowers in august..
