yucca (indoor)plant

    i have 2 tucca plants a 2ft and a 5ft,in recent weeks leaves are turning yellow,have read this is a sign of over watering.i have moved the plants in to a lighter room now.
    but is there a cure?how can i help?

    How often are you watering? At this time of year they should be getting very little, in fact I would say that you don`t water until the leaves start to droop.

    every 2/3 weeks !!! i must have drowned em !!
    any cure?

    Stand the pot on a newspaper, it acts like blotting paper and draws excess moisture out of the pot.
    Then dont water until the pot is almost dry. [​IMG]

    up date ,after the loss of only a few lower leaves the small yucca has now recovered.

    the large plant is in recovery mode ,with just a few central leaves a shade of yellow
