But where has it come from. If its the neighbour's plant then it will be easier to attack it from their garden.

When did you build the rockery and what was there before? If its recent it might be your plant.

What's anybodies experience of using glyphosate on bamboo. I'am assuming SBK is not suitable as it doesn't affect lawns?
