What Are These Plants, Please?

    Thanks Bayleaf, Hans and Rich, and everyone else who's helped identify these plants.

    Cyperus is definitely the correct identity for the first picture.

    Regarding the other pictures, I must admit that linaria looks pretty much spot on - the flowers are similar, and the leaves are exactly the same.

    I guess there might be many different types of linaria.

    Another plant to be identified please.

    A couple of years ago we bought a packet of mixed impatiens seeds, i.e. 4 small packets inside a larger packet. The other 3 packets were definitely impatiens, but these don't look the same, or are they another variation?
    They self-sow quite readily, and also we have collected the seeds and have a large mug full, plus quite a few more on the plants that are still in the garden. They grow to about 18"/20". If any one is interested I will send them some seeds.

    I think it might be whats called "balsam", impatiens balsamina.

    They seem to grow very freely and produce plenty of seeds. As I said, I will send to anybody who is interested. [​IMG]
