    just popped in to wish you the best of luck tomorrow whiley, even though you probably wont need it! I cant wait to see your updated ticker :eek:

    Rowan, i've been so good when it comes to choccies! We've had loads around and i seem to have lost interest! No doubt it wont last!

    Haha brilliant! Have to admit, i allowed myself a slightloy bigger portion for tea yesterday, yes!

    I doubt i'll lose that much from now on, but its a wicked start gives me a little more faith i'll be in better 'shape' quite literally by my birthday :D

    you might be surprised again next week whiley, losing weight goes more in a 9-11 day cycle than a 7 day one, so you are owed some more lbs :D

    btw to change your ticker, you just need to click on it, enter your pin put in your new weight and then it updates itself, you dont need to put a new code in or anything.

    I've just got to get through today and tomorrow before my next weigh in, havnt done any boot camp at all but by my scales i should be at least 2.5 down, would like another 3 though, but 4 would be better [​IMG] or 14 haha.

    keep going, we will get there!!!

    2lb for me this week - another 4lb for my mum!!! and husband gained 1lb making him half a pound heavier than when he started, so he's given it up!
    My mum got her silver 7 and was chuffed to bits!
