Eee Rowan i'm so sorry i lost my connection at home and have only just been allowed access to forums at work!

I've had a horrible week i'm afraid, so there was lemon merangue pie involved, so i only lost half a pound, but its still half a pound!
Not sure if i'll be allowed to use my rowing machine anymore what with issues with my condition as i've spoken of on Wakey Wakey, but hopefully theres a form of exercise my doctor can help me develop that can help me control my weight and figure!

Well done Rowan you are looking fantastic!!!

Is it too late for a newcomer to join in or have you all lost your surplus weight? I have another two pages of this thread to read before I know what you've been doing, but I'll get back to you if you're still going.
