    Its a pity that it made us all prisoners for a day though, I'm sure the road closures didn't need to be for as long as they were.

    woo, wish i could use my camera like the way i paint also :D apart from that you have really got some good photos, like the first one capturing the camera guy.

    Great shots woo well done,last time it was here Pete was in 1994 so if its as long coming back to this country you will have plenty of time to plan around it.

    Well done Woo,in getting such a good Owl's eye view of the bikes and their riders.

    I bet you had the best perch for the job :D I like the ones in the blue colours the best,especially the chap puffing out his mouth,unless it is full of sweets [​IMG] :D

    Walnut do they have a ladies Tour De France or is it mainly a mans sport?Always wondered about that...

    John's daughter, Julie rode in the Grande Boucle this year - she came something like 59th cycling for a Dutch team! A couple of years ago she was the Irish National Champion! She's the second from back in this pic of the top of Tourmalet...
