Air Ambulance trip

Just had a really exciting day flying on the Air Ambulance!!

They're a bit hazy as the windows are perspex and most of them are using the zoom. Weather was good though - no rain!!!

Good pics Sarah what a great day for you, done that trip to the scillies a few times but in the plane off lands end you don't get the all round view like out of the copter.

The pilot even flew over my house for me! Can pick out the back garden on the pic as it's the only one in the row with a bare patch!!

It was a wonderful experience. We carried 3 patients and flew the length of the county in no time! 40 min from Newquay to Scilly, but only 25 min back to Truro with a tail wind!!

 

I could do with a lift down to Sennen and back next year if that's ok!!..Better than the usual 4 hour trip by car
