Anybody got caught up like I have with Telewest, now Virgin Media.
I came out of Morrisons yesterday and there was a bloke standing in a small tent, (dont know why, he was indoors), anyway, he had a sign, "broadband £10 ", so I asked him why I was paying £18, he said call customer sevices.
This I did, and without a struggle they wiped £12 off my monthly payments for TV, phone and broadband.
When I asked why I had to ring up in order to get this reduction I was told that they have 9 million customers and you cant expect them to inform every one individually.
Funny, they seem to be able to inform all 9 million when the price goes up.

I have been a customer of NTL for about 18 years and I have to fight to get my broadband at £9.99 per month, only for 6 months at a time - they promise but still take £18.00 by direct debit which means more phone calls and a promise of a credit which may or may not appear. By the time it is sorted the 6 months are up and I start again. I thought there would be an improvement when Virgin took over but afraid not!

I keep getting bills from tiscali even though we stopped using them January 2006. I have two letters from them saying sorry and i don't owe them any money, after i complained. Have just recently been contacted by a debt collection agency and threatened with court action and a debt against my name. No matter how many times I get them to say I don't owe them any money they still keep harrassing me.
Have now sent all the details on to the CISAS which is the adjucation scheme. Just hope they can get them to stop.
