I always find MEN can remember where to find things, but not where to put them back!

I am lucky, my daily senior moments are always put down to medication, but I remember about 15 years ago at dinner drinking Champagne out of beautiful cut class flutes. The conversation moved towards a discussion about cut glass and makers stamps on the bottom of glasses - at which point in my eagerness to find a lable, I turned my half full glass upside down all over my head!

The hangover cure that was the thing when I worked in a bar - was tomatoe juice, mixed with a dash of worcestershire sauce, and a dash of anchovy bitters - drunk down in one.

    uugggghhh

As distraction is the commonest cause of "senior moments" - the old adage, "one thing at a time" works just a little with me. But my distrability quotient is high :D :D

That's it, Fran, I thought maybe a raw egg in tomato juice, which I love with a passion and make my own.

How about the salmonella afterwards?

I'm always having senior moments..... but I put it own to doing too many things at the same time....... just like Fran's point.

Most worrying one was ordering 2 cardigans, not remembering about it, and suggesting the very same day to the MIL that I'd like that for a birthay present.... so I ene up with loads of cardies, and quite a surprise when the pack of two arrived

Oh, Blondie, you poor dear. Other than leaving with the placenta, maybe it has something to do with the pigs or other critters?

In a hot summer here, deodorant from the fridge might be a nice idea ... [IMG]

You can't possibly mean that Edwina Currie was wrong, MMD? :D

I always thought you could get salmonella poisoning from eggs that weren't properly cooked, if they were infected?

I like the idea of the chilled deodorant too - might give it a go this summer, if it's as hot as they're predicting! :D

Sorry waco i don't think the tablets would cure a hangover, however to cure a hangover, drink a pint of water before you retire to bed and you will be fine in the morning.
