I plan to buy a 10 x 15 polytunnel, can you recommend a company to deal with and what type of polythene to use. The tunnel is to be mainly used to grow fresh winter crops and to pass the time when raining outside.
Has anyone dealt with "Highland Polytunnels" being Scottish and patriotic this would be my favoured company

Hi Barndym Highland Poly tunnels are ok I think they do the ones with thicker gauge hoops something you need to consider if you are subject to the storms up there, get one with as much ventillation as you can because the biggest problem you have is controlling the temperature, when the sun comes out the temperature shoots up instantly and the reverse happens in winter the temperature drops rapidly, you can get different covers some thermal to help keep the heat in some reflective to cut down on the sun, you obviously have to pay extra for all these little add ons but get them if you can , the company I delt with are,http://www.firsttunnels.co.uk/?gclid=CO28wt-GkI8CFQ8_MAodrgheVw take your time look at all your options and good luck.
