I need help in finding old (1998-2004) Unwins seed packets.

I have put images of those I need on my website at http://www.enterprise-russia.co.uk just follow the link on the homepage and you will see them.

I assure you that this is very important and not a trivial matter.

    Thanks in anticipation.

    Hi,

In am in dispute with Unwins concerning their non-payment of commission on sales, and these packets are part of the answer.

If you have any of them I would be most grateful and will send you some full packets in return (not Unwins!.

    My address is:

Many thanks for coming back to me.

    Dear Pete,

I know that it may seem strange, but I can assure you that my motives are 100% honest and up-front.

Let me explain why I need this help.

In 1993 I supplied Unwins with a contract to supply all the seed they used to either dump or burn to Russia, for which I received a commission. Over the years they have received many £100,000's from this deal but in 1997 they said that they were no longer suppying it to Russia so I would no longer receive a commission (a scam!). Since then I have been to Russia many times and bought the same stock from there as proof that it was still being sold.

Unwins say that this is not true as all packets without a price on the back were for export, including the economy range. This I know is not true. That is why I need examples of economy packets with sow by dates between 1997 and 2004, that were bought in the UK, to show that I am telling the truth.

I hope that answers your question.

    Regards,

    Nick

I know this is not going to be of any help to you but I remember buying some of these seeds (distinctive pkts) a couple of years ago in a cheapy shop near me, I remember 100% they never had a price on them as I remember having to ask someone & they took ages to find out! in the end they sold them to me for 25p a packet, sadly I never kept any of the packets, but good luck in your quest.

    Thanks Helen,

You he my problem. You know that they didn't have a price on them, so do I, but I need examples to prove it.

    Regards,

    Nick
