hi MARGE, like BM I have zebra grass. all 3 clumps went in the ground last year and doing very well. one of the clumps is 5ft tall.I put mine round the pond.

marge, guess what I DID TODAY,went to the garden center in the village and they were giving it away. I BOUGHT 4 OVER grown climbers for Ã?£4 each (were Ã?£17 before) and 40 perenials all for Ã?£30. it was an end of season sale. most of the perenials were about a foot tall. its a bargain. now the side of my house looks like a garden center. I bet the Zebra Grass looks grand round the pond Fancy and those were some bargains, eh? :D You could buy a nice bottle of red with some of that money youve saved ;)

I went to a nursery in Hampshire - it was fantastic! I bought a Tamarisk, a Zebra Grass (!) and a Clematis - Royal Velours. They were quite pricey so no bargains.....now all I have to do is decide where to put them

I'm blown away by your garden BM! Its awesome!

Just one query, I thought those sort of wild dogs that you've pictured are only found in the African Game Reserves, not in the tropics???

    Amazing! [IMG]

    Kind regards
    Roy
