Hello from Scotland

    Hope i can join you all, i have only dreamed of owning a garden, now i have finally moved to a place with a huge back garden, and i am getting the bug, its very addictive, even pulling out all the weeds lol.
    Nice to meet you all, will post more at night when i get peace form kids.
    Forgot to mention i am mother of 5 kids, 2 girls, 10yrs and 19yrs and 3 boys 5yrs, 15yrs and 16yrs.

    Hi Scorpio! It sounds like you have your hands full with your family! But gardening is supposed to be a stress-buster - although, sometimes, when the bindweed seems to have strangled everything overnight, I wonder a little ...

    Thanks for the warm welcome guys, yes i have my 5yr old and 10yr old planting things, i gave them a patch in the garden, my 10yr old dug out of the hock i think its called and now has strawberries, broccoli, potatoes, and carrots in there, so we shall see if they pop up and sunflowers seeds in pots.
    I am making a rockery in the back garden, lemon balm, viola, erm i cant mind the rest, ming on here is my mother so she is helping me a great deal as i dont know much about gardening, just that i am enjoying it and it can be expensive aswell lol.
