    Hi Boebrummie. Good price there.
If you've never grown these before I'm not sure where to start.
Peppers and chillies are really quite easy. They don't like it cold but don't need high temperatures. Once well on their way they can go outside in summer weather.
Keep them in 4 or 5 inch pots until you see them coming into flower. They come into flower faster if slightly stressed (like everything else)
Once the flower buds appear you can move them up to 9" pots and that should do them. Once in flower feed them with tomato fertilizer. Keep them slightly damp, not too wet. They should do fine.
Now Aubergines ! That's a different ball game. They like it hot! hot! hot! so I don't think they will do anything outdoors.
I tried with them for years indoors and never got past the flower stage.
Last year was the first I got aubergines - 2 whoppers in my conservatory, but I've finally conceded they're not worth the effort and I'm not growing them again.
But you try with yours. There are no failures - only experiments.
    Good luck.

£1.50 is a great price for Clematis.
But they are so easy to take cuttings from.
If you want more clematis the same, and missed my previous post come back at the back end, or next spring, with the question and I will tell you how.

I like that - no failures, just experiments. It's so true especially if you are like me and you are just starting out. If something goes wrong, you know to try something different next time.
