i have a fatsia, and it's been in my garden for about 2 years now. The problem is that it's very small. Alot of the leaves look very unhealthy. My friends is about 2 times the size of mine and i would like some help as to why it is this unhealthy.

Yellow leaves are common on fatsia, sometimes they dont get going very well.
Was it potbound when you planted it? If so then the roots probably haven't established. Try feeding regularly all through the summer.

Fatsias can sometimes suffer iron deprivation.A hit of 'sequestrene' may perk it up...it perked mine up & it was looking decidedly peaky ,with yellowing leaves & rather pitiful growth(considering what a monster it can be once it's established!)
