Types of Comfrey

    We have a dwarf white flowered Comfrey, been in the garden since we arrived and is a none spreader. BUT is it the same as the tall thug one, in terms of use as composter, fertiliser and medicinal use?

    yes it is, makes a great composter etc . i would love to have one of them so will look round net to find one lol.

    :scratch: Sounds like you have the cultivated version Palustris & that doesn't spread like the wild thug sister does..!!! You can however use it the same ways... I found this article quite interesting...
