To coin a phrase "I just don't beleive it" [IMG]

Have had a blind Keria for a while now, I ventured down that end of the garden and guess what was sitting on top of the tallest bit? Yep a cute little pom pom of brilliant yellow with another bud just waiting to surprise me.

    I feel like a proud parent :D

I almost hate the say this Paula, but my Kerria this year doesn't know that Spring finished a while back and it just keeps on flowering. One of my Weigelas too is still at it - bizaar [IMG]

I think Kerria is a very much underestimated shrub - it puts up with anything and just spreads around all by itself. That's my sort of plant [IMG]

    Kryssy,

I am envious of your kerria, mine has been blind for a long time but there is hope [IMG]

I think they are lovely, expecially when they grow through hedges. Mine stands or rather sprawls 6ft high and quite wide too which i need to hide all the bloomin fence panels :D

Show us a picture of your's and when my son shows me i will post a pic of mine with it's two little pom poms [IMG]

Hi Paula - no need to be that jealous. My Kerria isn't looking as good as it's first flush in the spring but it has been consistently flowering on and off since. I did move it in the winter too from a shady spot to a sunnier spot and it seems to be fine. It is a bit hemmed in with bamboo one side and a forsythia the other but it has made lots of new shoots from the soil so I can dig bits up this winter and spread it around some more.

Here it is and now I've shown you mine, you must show me yours :D
