Has anyone any information re insuring my allotment, which has a 20'x 10' shed and a small greenhouse, only general garden tools are kept in the shed which is always kept locked as is the site when I am not there. Any ifo would be appreciated re insurers and costs.

Have you tried your local allotment association?

I don't know if they can help, I am not insured but I have made sure that I have good locks on my shed and greenhouse - well until it smashed up in the wind!!

    Good Luck.

    (nice size shed)

    Hi Milmar

your could try National Society of alloment and leisure gardeners.

    www.nsalg.org.uk

I resently found this on the web and they mention insurance for alloment holders.

I have been meaning to ask if anyone has had any dealing with them and do they have any input regarding this organisation.
