    Welcome to GC tillietots!

You seem to have done everything right but aparently they can take from a few weeks and up to 3 years to germinate so you may find stratification (cold spell in the fridge for a month) will help gee them along.

The only other thing is, are the seeds from a reliable source and fresh?

On the other hand if you are buying divided plants or rooted cuttings it may be you are getting an attack of vine weevil or chafer grub.

Trilliums are a pain! I have the most ideal conditions for them, but have had no luck with them over past few years.

Are you talking about seeds or bulbs? I actually bought the bulbs/corms - whatever they are and they were just ready to explode with growth, first ones never showed, the second lot I have put in pots and I have even planted one pot in the ground.

I think its a bit early yet to know if they are going to do anything for me this year, so we will have to compare notes as I am not giving up on the plants!

Thanks for replies. I bought from a Gardner center
Tubers/corms dried, planted some in pots some in ground under small tree, plenty of enriched soil did everything in instructions left them and absolutely nothing, nothing remained. No evidence of any grubs
I will not give up. I have never seen them in the Green, to purchase, Have you?
