We have had a Laburnum tree in an open position in our garden for just over five years. Todate it has not flowered or showed any signs of doing so. Our immediate neighbour has a similar tree which flowers every year. Any sugestions or comments would be appreciated.

How did you come by the tree?
    Is it a named variety?
    Is it a seedling tree?
    How big is it? [IMG]

Tree inherited when property purchased. It had probably been in ground for three years at that time (2002). Label has gone but almost certainly a named variety (remnants of labels on other trees planted at same time). Now about 9/10 ft. high

Everything sounds OK, cant understand it.
You haven't pruned it at all, have you?
Is your neighbours tree the same age, and do they look similar in leaf and growth rate?
