Climber in a Hebe

    My brother has given me two rather manky looking Hebes, but what is this climbing inside it? Weed or other? Any ideas greatly appreciated.

    VP, not sure about this but it looks a little like Leycestera Formosa, at least that's the nearest I can get although it is not a climber:)

    I'd agree Strongy. Common name, Himalayan Honeysuckle. Very pretty, grows like a weed and self-seeds so can be invasive if not checked. We've got two or three in the garden and I quite like it though.:gnthb:

    Yes I like it too - but in the right place. It can grow up to 7 feet, with lovely purple bracts and white flowers.
