Help with name of a plant!

We have what looks like a holly tree/bush in the garden and people are always commenting on it, asking what it is etc.

It has green/yellow leaves that kind of look like holly leaves do. It has yellow flowers in the autumn/winter that then produce green "grapes" that then turn blue in spring/summer.

I hope this is enough info, if an image is needed i can take a photograph later and post it up.

Yes that's it! Thanks Blackthorn. Just read that it can be pruned hard which is good as it's around 1.5m tall at the minute.
