HEDGE again!

Oh my goodness.

The property agent has called me back, and after explaining our issues he said he had some good news for me.

They've already been given notice to move out!! Landlord wants to sell the property.

I can't believe it. He was extremely sympathetic and said I should have contacted him before.

Then my husband suddenly thought "Oh no, they won't buy it will they?" AAGH! I'm sure the agent would have said if he thought that was an option. He said they only had a couple of months notice so it was great news for us.

Now you can make life hell for them with the knowledge they won't be around for much longer.

A few things spring to mind.

Nick their dustbin bag, make sure its got something with their name and adddress on & fly tip it then phone the council to report a fly tipping.

Get a few D.I.Y. Mags, circle loads of numbers on the readerlink cards in the back & send it off with their name and address on.

This can generate upto 3 sacks of post a day, samples, videos & even reps calling.

If you can find out their phone number, well, there are thousands of companies out there that would love to try & sell them something.
