    I went to get a few groceries today and was presented with the most beautiful long-stemmed (55cm) Gerbera on leaving ... because it is apparently International Women's Day. Each flower was dedicated to a famous woman and I was given Marilyn Monroe. When I got home I cut down the stem and put it in the little vase with my own personally grown Freesias on my peninsula in the kitchen ... and I would like to share it with all you women on this forum xx ...
